Article 1 – Seller Identification
The website is operated under the brand Sirea, by Eva Smith and Océane Duriaux, acting as individual entrepreneurs,
with registered offices located in Geneva, Switzerland.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products carried out on the Sirea website to customers located in Switzerland and the European Union.

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.
Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are non-contractual.

Article 4 – Prices
Prices are indicated in CHF or EUR, inclusive of all taxes.
Any applicable delivery fees are indicated before order validation.

Article 5 – Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.

Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay (subject to availability).

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal (EU & Swiss Customers)
Customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

For hygiene and safety reasons, hair styling devices that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Article 9 – Returns and Refunds
Returned products must be:

* unused
* in their original, intact packaging
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days, using the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Sirea cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product.

Article 11 – Warranty
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Article 12 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the Canton of Geneva, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
