In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the product must strictly be:

* new
* unused
* unopened / unsealed
* in its original, intact packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, hair styling devices that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

* product used or tested
* opened or damaged packaging
* product returned outside the allowed return period
* product damaged due to improper use

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or if the product is defective upon receipt.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, using the original payment method.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
